In order to protect our children under our responsibility in the digital world, we must first be informed about the digital world. This site has been opened to provide information about the studies prepared to inform parents within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1001 120K927 project.

Goals and Objectives

The aim of this project is to design, develop and evaluate a mobile recommendation system to increase parents' digital parenting competencies. In line with this aim, the following goals will be achieved:

1. Design, development and evaluation of original e-content to improve digital parenting awareness and competencies: In the project, learning products and activities in various forms will be designed, developed and evaluated to improve parents' digital parenting competencies.
2. Developing a mobile recommendation system to improve digital parenting awareness and competencies: The mobile application will be open to everyone and will provide information content on relevant topics for users to improve their digital parenting. The recommendation system, which learns which content to offer to parents who provide data input, in which situations, will be able to offer customized content according to parents' profiles, digital parenting competencies and experiences using machine learning techniques without research support.
3. Evaluation of the accuracy, precision, performance and usability of the developed recommendation system
